Entrée is the youth club of Het Concertgebouw. It is the largest cultural youth club in the Netherlands and one of the largest in Europe. Grrr is their long-term partner when it comes to digital branding and strategy.
This week, we launched a new online branding and technical integration for the Entrée branch, focused on the youngest kids (up to 12 years old). We interviewed Entrée on which online communication issues we should focus on and build the website based on those findings.
We especially focused on an optimal user experience, finetuning the customer journey and playful elements that invite the youth to discover music.
