As a Senior Digital Project Manager you realize impactful digital projects with a team of experts. With your expertise in digital productions you can easily take your clients and colleagues along in the efficient process that you have set up for a project. You work closely together with different specialists such as strategists, art directors, designers, developers, partners and of course our clients. It is your job to make sure projects like websites, apps and digital services are delivered (and developed) within budget, planning and the expectations of our client. 

You keep an overview of the project, set up a project plan, set up a planning, organize working sessions, give advice, consult with others and motivate the team. You have the ability to think ahead, prioritize and redirect when needed, without losing the perceived quality and the need of the customer out of sight.

Our office is located in the center of Amsterdam and our colleagues come from all over the country. Even though we encourage people to work at our office, you are free to also work from home. 

We have a nicely balanced team consisting of strategists, designers, and developers who work closely together. That is why our designers also have some knowledge about technique and our developers have an eye for UX. This is why the products and services we offer are perfectly aligned.

You are someone who takes responsibility and knows well what a project is all about. You work in a structured way to keep an overview and anticipate things to come. Clients trust that you understand them, operate in their best interest and communicate clearly about what is happening in the project and everything around it. Your enthusiasm, helpfulness and proactive attitude motivates your team members to get to the best results possible. Of course within the set budget!

 

You are our ideal project management candidate if you…:

• have over 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a digital agency;
• have a lot of experience in delivering digital projects like websites, apps or digital services, but you are not scared of a branding project;
• have strong project management skills, in which you have an overview and see the cohesion between different processes, and are able to coordinate everything without any troubles;
• are strong in contact with your clients, see and validate their needs, regocnise opportunities and can easily build a level of trust;
• are able to inspire and motivate clients and colleagues;
• are strong in communicating in the Dutch language. If your English is on point, that is a plus as well.
